EnCompass is our premier provider of services for students and families, including afterschool and summer learning, school day intervention, wraparound Navigation, college and career development, and family capacity building. Each year, EnCompass serves 3,000 children grades Pre-K through post-graduation with demonstrated success.

Our legacy organization is The Norman Howard School – a private, special education school- which provides learning disabilities support for more than 100 children (grades 5 – 12) every year. The Norman Howard School has a 99% graduation rate since 1984!
