Our programs for high school students promote academic achievement and social-emotional skill-building and help school and organization partners address strategic priorities like attendance, graduation, college and career preparedness, and more. Wraparound supports for college and career-bound teens are layered based on need through our Navigation Approach.
An Academic Coach is paired with a classroom teacher and pushes into classes to support learning, working with an identified caseload to review concepts and promote executive functioning skills. 15-20 students per Coach.
Our successful "Quest" compressed credit recovery program, developed with The University of Rochester at East High School, can be tailored to meet school needs. A dedicated Site Coordinator collaborates with School Staff to provide intensive academic and social-emotional skill-building and offers "over-age" and "under-credited" students opportunities to recover credits and prepare to graduate.
An EnCompass Academic Coach provides targeted intervention to support classroom instruction and Regents exam readiness. Regents prep is often done in small groups or one-on-one during school or after school and targets students' individual needs to
effectively pass the identified Regents exams. 12-15
students per Academic Coach.
We welcome the opportunity to partner with academic professionals to meet your strategic priorities. To discuss partnership for academic or surround support services, please contact Sarah Etsler at 585-472-1791 or by email.
