Reinvesting In Youth (RIY)

RIY is an educationally enhanced community program that creates stability for vulnerable youth by helping them build positive relationships, academic successes, and healthy engagement with their families, schools and communities. The program enrolls youth (ages 11-17) who are at-risk for involvement with juvenile justice or child and family services systems. Most live within the Rochester City School District and are referred by FACT, probation officers, or school personnel.
